1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Fittrexx, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Fittrexx is an AI-powered fitness coaching app that provides workout generation, meal analysis, progress tracking, and personalized coaching. The service is available as a mobile app (iOS/Android) and web application.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Fittrexx offers free and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Elite). Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new users.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription option
Refunds follow Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies
Scan credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable

5. AI-Generated Content

Workouts, meal analyses, and coaching responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should not be considered medical or professional fitness advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

6. Health Disclaimer

Fittrexx is a fitness tracking and coaching tool, not a medical device. Nutritional estimates from meal scanning are approximations. Calorie and macro calculations are based on general formulas and may not be accurate for all individuals.

Do not rely on Fittrexx for medical decisions
Consult a doctor before beginning any exercise program
Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
The app does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI features
Share your account credentials with others
Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Circumvent subscription restrictions or scan credit limits

8. Intellectual Property

The Fittrexx app, brand, design, and AI models are proprietary. Your workout and meal data remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fittrexx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from following AI-generated workout or nutrition recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
